Her opinions on how to fix what’s wrong current economic problems (credit card companies raising everyone’s interest rates to 30% for no good reason; banks paying themselves huge bonuses with taxpayer money through TARP funds) are spot on, plain spoken arguments that say what it seems no one else will say. She’s forceful, clear and hard to disagree with.

I first heard her on Fresh Air with Terry Gross a few years ago discussing how credit companies conceal the terms of your agreement with them to the point that no one understand what the terms mean.
